Education plays a vital role in the development of human potential. Accordingly, Rockford Convent Sr. Sec. School came into being in 2002 with a motive to create an excellent environment for education. The school is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi. The school is sponsored and managed by B.R. Memorial Educational Society (Reg.) which was founded by Shri Laxmi Narayan Dagar in the memory of his Late father Shri Bhola Ram. This educational society is registered under the societies Registration Act 1860. The Society is the apex body of this institution and its Executive members are well versed with the education code and expertise in various fields. The school is located in a clean green area of 2 acres build with all the modern amenities. The educational institution is designed in such a way as to provide a high quality education with a futuristic view of modern techniques.

It is a co-educational institution with the aim of overall development of students, i.e. physical, mental, emotional and social development of the students, thereby increasing a sense of self-discipline, integrity and inculcation of human values.

Discipline

Parents are advised to go through the rules and regulations of the school, which becomes binding after the admission. It should be very clear that no compromise would be made on discipline.

So the parents are requested to respond positively to any request from the school for the progress and welfare of the child.

No pupil will be allowed to enter the school premises after the morning assembly unless accompanied by the parent/guardian.

Disciplinary action will be taken against the student in case of irregularity, absence from the school will be regularized only with the application of leave duly signed by the parents/guardian.

From Chairman's Desk

The entire purpose of education is not to restrict itself to impart bookish knowledge only but also to inculcate humanitarian values like wisdom, compassion, courage, humility, integrity and reliability in a student. Under the roof of Rockford school I have interacted with some upcoming Scientists, Artists, Academicians, Musicians, Dancers, Engineers, Lawyers, Doctors, Managers and the list goes on.

The school is improving year by year envisaging to become a top notch school which is known to produce quality scholars for the country. Academically, the results have been extremely good with many students securing distinctions in all subjects. In sports and other co-curricular activities also, the School’s students have won several gold and other medals and trophies especially in martial arts, basketball, cricket, music, drama, debates, G.K. competition at District level, paintings, etc. Many of our students were selected to perform on the State level Competition.

Utmost attention to safety and security of students and staff. Sufficient number of security guards not only at the gates but spread all over the campus.
